l 本虎鉗之支撐杆與導螺桿螺母本體係灌鑄前事先加工，再與固定鉗、活動鉗一起灌鑄成型，所以活動鉗支撐軸和固定鉗支撐軸孔可以百分之百密合，即固定鉗支撐軸孔隨活動鉗支撐軸的型態尺寸等同配合，支撐點來自於四面八方，形成支撐面，耐磨耗且使用壽命長。
l 本產品採用高級球墨鑄鐵灌鑄〈 FCD55 >，使整個鉗體夾置工作物時，可以承受外力強大的撞擊，保証10年不會斷裂或變形。
l 本產品活動鉗支撐軸和固定鉗支撐軸孔、導螺桿螺母本體等採用一體成型，灌鑄完成後，軸與軸孔不再加工，零加工誤差，因軸與軸孔能緊密配合，故夾緊力超強。
