l 本虎鉗之支撐杆與導螺桿螺母本體係灌鑄前事先加工，再與固定鉗、活動鉗一起灌鑄成型，所以活動鉗支撐軸和固定鉗支撐軸孔可以百分之百密合，即固定鉗支撐軸孔隨活動鉗支撐軸的型態尺寸等同配合，支撐點來自於四面八方，形成支撐面，比一般舊式做法的耐磨損時間增長數倍。
l 本產品活動鉗支撐軸和固定鉗支撐軸孔、導螺桿螺母本體等採用一體成型，灌鑄完成後，軸與軸孔不再加工，零加工誤差，因軸與軸孔能緊密配合，故夾緊力超強。
l 因活動軸與軸孔接合面積大，耐磨性特佳，故本產品使用多年後，活動鉗支撐軸和母鉗支撐軸孔，仍能保持精確的密合度，夾置圓形工作物時，還可以牢牢夾緊。
